Shipping Policy

Madjester Designs offers several shipping options in order to fit our customers' needs. We currently ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS.  However; other methods may be offered on a case by case basis.  Please contact us if you have any special shipping requirements.

Shipping charges are calculated using the actual weight of items being shipped.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and production, prior to your item being shipped.

Refund and Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it for store credit, less any shipping and handling charges.  This does NOT include custom made mechandise or garments that we deem to have been subjected to abnormal abuse or stress, or altered by the customer in any way.

NOTE: Before you place an order, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your measurements. We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer. However; if you find that your custom corset was not made to your submitted measurements or there is a defect in workmanship, Madjester will gladly replace or correct your order.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made with 24 hours of the inital purchase time.
Any cancellations after 24 hrs. will incur a 20% restocking fee and a store credit of the balance. Note: Custom mechandise cannot be cancelled after 24 hrs.
